Psikva (Didi Psikva) is a mountain lake in Georgia, in the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia, Gulripshi municipality, 35 kilometers from Sokhumi. It lies on the northern slope of the Bzipi range, 2,401 m above sea level. Surface area 0.04 km², basin area 0.49 km², maximum depth 15.5 m, average depth 5.2 m, volume 0.21 million m³.
