Kakhisi Lake is a lake on the western slope of the Trialeti range, on the watershed spur between the Chobiskhevi and Dvirula rivers (right tributaries of the Mtkvari), in Borjomi municipality, 1,752 m above sea level. Area 0.05 km², greatest depth 10 m. The lake basin was formed by suffosion. It is fed by snow, rain and an underground channel. Spruce forest surrounds the lake.
