Algeti reservoir is a reservoir on the Algeti River, in the Tetritskaro municipality of the Kvemo Kartli region, near the village of Tbisi, 60 km from Tbilisi. In 2012 locals accidentally found an early medieval human skull at the reservoir. According to specialists' preliminary conclusions, it dates to the 5th–6th centuries AD and belonged to a man of up to 40. Archaeologists have also found burials and settlement remains on the reservoir's territory, establishing that a settlement existed here in the Middle Ages.
