A cave formed in thick-bedded limestones of Barremian age, distinguished by its most beautiful dripstone formations: here you will find stalactites, stalagmites, columns and helictites of extraordinary shapes, petrified waterfalls and hanging stone curtains. The cave's area is 46.6 ha. Unlike other caves, "Prometheus Cave" is characterized by wide corridors: its maximum width is 25–30 m, the ceiling height 20–25 m, and some chambers reach 80–100 m in length. There are 17 chambers of various sizes. The walking trail inside the cave is 1,420 meters long, while the total length comes to 20,000 meters. The cave has two exits: one ends at a river where a boat ride is possible, while the other is a footpath leading out of the cave's chamber.
