Gaveti is a monument of Georgian architecture, a single-nave hall church of St. George in Meskheti, Aspindza municipality. It was built at the turn of the 13th–14th centuries. In its overall artistic conception, the character of its facades, the decoration of its doors and windows and individual motifs, it belongs to the Sapara-Zarzma architectural circle. Notable on Gaveti's south facade is a form wholly foreign to Georgian architecture — helmet-shaped arches (an Islamic element).
