Vartsikhe reservoir is a reservoir in western Georgia, in the Baghdati, Tskaltubo, Terjola and Zestaponi municipalities of the Imereti region. Area 5.1 km², volume 4.6 million m³. It is built on the Rioni River at the mouths of the Khanistskali and Kvirila. On the east it borders the Ajameti sanctuary. The Kvirila and Khanistskali rivers flow into the reservoir, which significantly contributes to riverbank erosion. It is used for power generation.
