The tower is cylindrical (inner diameter 3.5 m, wall thickness 1.4 m), narrowing slightly upward, built of rubble stone. It is badly damaged: four stories survive, with small fragments of the walls of a fifth story (or parapet). The timber floors between stories have collapsed. The entrance is on the south at the second story, some four meters above the ground, through a rectangular door. This story has one window and a wooden balcony. The tower's first story is filled with rubble. On the third story there is one small window each on the south and northeast. The fourth story has four evenly spaced windows (one half ruined).
