The Church of the Mother of God of Patara Mejvriskhevi is a hall church (8.8 × 5.3 m) built of cobblestone. The entrance is on the south. The semicircular apse has one window and two large niches; a brick altar is built against the apse. There is one window each in the south and west walls. The hall is covered with a brick cylindrical vault. On the west facade a recessed cross is worked in the brick coursing. To the left of the door, high up, is set a stone slab with a Mkhedruli building inscription. The tiled gabled roof is damaged
