The Church of the Mother of God of Sveneti is a hall church (7.5 × 5 m) built of cobblestone. The building is badly damaged: the western part is completely destroyed and the roof has fallen in. The entrance is on the south. The semicircular apse has a window, with one more window each on the west and south. The interior was once plastered.
