St. George's church of Tkviavi is a hall church (5.83 × 4.2 m) built of cobblestone; the corners, window surrounds and two-stepped cornice are of brick. The cornice and roof are badly damaged. The arched entrance is at the western corner of the south wall. On the axis of the shallow curved apse is a narrow window flanked by arched niches, and there is a similar window in the west wall. The cylindrical vault rests on the long walls.
