Japana Lake is an oxbow lake in western Georgia, Lanchkhuti municipality. It lies on the Guria lowland, 13.6 m above sea level. Surface area 1.17 km², catchment area 5.2 km². Average depth 3.7 m, volume 4.3 million m³. It is fed by rain and groundwater; it has no outflow and its water is fresh. Japana Lake has now been converted into a pond used for fish farming.
