The complex of natural monuments combines the Toba Pirveli cave and the Oniore waterfall pouring from it, forming a rare and beautiful spectacle. The cave is formed in Upper Cretaceous bedded limestone. The entrance (12 × 5 m) opens along a cliff face. Seventy meters from the entrance is a 21-m underground waterfall, where the ceiling rises to more than 30 meters; in places the tunnel is 12–15 m wide. The underground river issuing from the cave forms, 15 meters on, the 67-m Oniore waterfall.
