The complex of natural monuments combines the Arsen Okrojanashvili cave (Toba II) and the cascading Toba waterfall issuing from it, forming a rare and beautiful spectacle. The cave is hard to reach, and climbing up without special equipment is not recommended; a rubber boat is needed to travel inside. It is formed in Upper Cretaceous bedded limestones. The entrance (15 × 20 m) opens along a cliff face. The three-tiered, many-branched cave holds several chambers, notable among them "Nona's Chamber", "Nana's Chamber", the "Salon", "University 50", the "Lake Chamber" and others. The chemical deposits take diverse forms; one stalagmite reaches 7 m in height. The cave's total length is 1,300 m. The river issuing from the cave, which forms 4 underground lakes, creates the 234-m cascading Toba waterfall — the highest in Georgia.
