St. George's church of Kaberi in Gostibe is a hall church (12.7 × 11.9 m) built of rough gray stone of uneven sizes; well-worked blocks are used in the structural parts of the interior, while the walls are raised in small stone and plastered. The entrance — arched inside, topped by an architrave outside — is in the western part of the south wall. On the axis of the slightly raised horseshoe apse is an arched window, with rectangular niches at the sides. The vault rested on transverse arches hung on consoles rounded toward the bottom. The triumphal arch and the arch of the west wall are slightly pointed. Two windows are cut in the south wall. In part of the hall's north wall is a sarcophagus. Fragments of painting survive on the church's walls.
