The Kaloubani church is a hall church (4.51 × 2.72 m) built of rubble stone. Attached to its west side is a tower-like two-story structure whose first story, covered with a cylindrical vault, serves as the church's gateway. The annex has its entrance on the south. In the northern part of the first story is a rectangular opening leading up to the second story (the belfry).
