The St. George shrine of Otarsheni (date unknown) is a hall structure (3.8 × 3.2 m) built of cobblestone. The building is ruined; the walls survive to a height of 0.7 m, and only two wine-colored travertine blocks of the southern door jamb remain. The entrance is on the west. The sanctuary is rectangular.
