The Church of the Archangel of Arashenda is a hall church (9.2 × 5.3 m) built of cobblestone. The building's corners, pilasters, door and window surrounds, cornice and arches are of dressed stone. The entrance — rectangular outside, arched inside — is in the western part of the south wall. On the axis of the semicircular apse is a narrow window with an arched niche to its left. Beneath the apse window stands an altar stone, and before the sanctuary a stone chancel screen with an arched opening.
