St. George's church of Patara Garejvari is a hall church (8.3 × 4 m) built of cobble and rubble stone. In the south wall is a door topped by an architrave. The arched window of the semicircular apse is flanked by a rectangular niche on either side; there is one arched window each in the west and south walls. The hall's vault rests on an arch carried by pilasters at the west wall and on a triumphal arch resting on the apse's simply profiled imposts. The church has a shelf-like brick cornice. The gabled roof is of square brick.
