The structure is elongated from south to north (18.7 × 9 m) and consists of three rooms. It is built of adobe brick on a cobblestone foundation 0.5–0.6 m thick. The rooms are separated by partitions 0.25–0.3 m thick, and the walls are plastered. The building had a flat roof resting on a sturdy timber frame.
